Launch Academy Guarantee & Coaching Terms

The No Risk Guarantee
"Follow the steps in Launch Academy to create and launch your online course, and if your gross course revenue does not exceed your Launch Academy tuition costs we'll refund 100% of your tuition. You must do all of the work in the program and follow the template of this launch system to be eligible for this Guarantee."
Additional Definitions and Description
Your "tuition" is the amount you pay to be a participant in Launch Academy. So, if you received any discounts or scholarships from Chris Kyle or Launch Academy, then your tuition is the NET amount that you paid.
If you choose to request a refund, then you will need to provide documentation of your program structure and campaign, all promotional and marketing efforts, affiliate partner communications, and all sales related reports from your payment gateway system.
Defining “Doing the Work”
You must either participate live or listen to the recordings of ALL the teaching sessions of this program, and do all the homework and assignments asked for by Chris Kyle or the course syllabus. You must also follow the launch model laid out in Launch Academy in creating your course content, and promoting, marketing and delivering your online learning program. And you are required to reach out to Affiliate or Promotional Partners to support your marketing efforts of the course through email blasts, social media posts and other forms of promotion. You must have at least 10 Affiliate Partners who promoted your free event/webinar to their email list, and provide proof that they actually mailed out for you.
The Timeframe of the Guarantee
You have up to 9 months after your registration date in Launch Academy to launch your course and therefore be eligible for a refund under this Guarantee. After your 9 months in Launch Academy, you will no longer be eligible for this guarantee and waive any rights to reclaiming your tuition based on this Guarantee.
Coaching Description and Terms
Onboarding Coaching Session:
The Onboarding Session is 30 minutes long and held on Zoom. The booking link is in your Welcome email. Should a student either reschedule or cancel less than 1 business day ( 24 hours, Monday-Friday) in advance and/or no show more than two times, the student loses the onboarding session.
This Onboarding Session expires 30 days from the student's enrollment date.
Extensions and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Coach's discretion.
Private 1-1 Coaching Sessions:
The private 1-1 coaching sessions are 1 hour long and with Joshua Gribschaw-Beck, our Lead Coach. You can book your sessions in the Private 1-1 Coaching product that is listed in your Library.
Should a student either reschedule or cancel less than 1 business day ( 24 hours, Monday-Friday) in advance and/or no show more than two times, the student loses their 1-1 coaching session. The Coach may make an exception or exception at his discretion.
To support your flexibility and pace while encouraging progress, coaching sessions included with your Launch Academy + 1-1 Coaching purchase expire 90 days from your purchase date.
Extensions and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Coach's discretion.
